Author of the 2023 Fool for Poetry Prize-winning chapbook Levis Corner House and Grolier Poetry Prize-winning collection Some Far Country, Partridge Boswell is co-founder of Bookstock Literary Festival and teaches at Vallum Society for Education in Arts & Letters in Montreal. He lives with his family in Vermont and troubadours widely with the poetry/music group Los Lorcas, whose debut release Last Night in America is available on Thunder Ridge Records. His Saguaro Prize-winning chapbook Not Yet a Jedi is also now a thing.
Jo Nestor, retired adult educator, won the Leitrim Guardian Literary Award 2020. Her workhas been published in the FISH Anthology 2024 with an Honorary Mention. Her flash fictionhas also been published in A Word in Your Ear – Roscommon New Writing Anthology 2019-2023; the mental health charity Havin’ a Laugh’s Little Book of Inspiration 2020; as well asseveral editions of the broadsheet Autumn Leaves. Ciaran Cunningham grew up in the shadow of Sliabh Liag in the village of Carrick, south-west Donegal. On moving to Letterkenny, Ciaran worked in education for nearly forty years and is due to retire next month from the position of Head of IT with Donegal ETB. In his spare time Ciaran designed and maintained the CarrickOnline website and blog for twenty years. This included the first ever online graveyard. Ciaran is also an avid photographer who founded the Letterkenny Photographic club. A keen poet for many years, Ciaran has had work published in the Poetry Ireland Review. This piece is his first attempt at flash fiction.
